Here is a book from Grove Press. The cover caught my eye because of the odd cropping of the woman. I guess that's one way of handling things when the model doesn't look like the protagonist. Maybe if they didn't feature a headless woman they would have noticed the mistake in the blurb. That reminds me of the five-foot-tall itinerant psychic whose business card read "Small Medium at Large."
